I’ve held leadership positions in business and ministry and seen many of the mistakes that organizations make. This is one reason why I appreciate the opportunity to teach some of the best and most biblical principles of effective leadership-in particular, principles that are essential for ministry in this era of globalization and of global Christianity.
BCGS helps missions professionals gain insights that advance their ministry. A student recently told me how they plan to apply course material to establish a sustainable agricultural program in Kenya; and another is using what they’ve learned in their work with refugees in Haiti. I teach practical skills for outreach. These leadership principles depend on God’s grace and make an eternal difference in people’s lives across the world.”
