Go on a short-term trip
One way to get a better understanding of missions is to participate in 
organized short-term outreach, gaining exposure through a life transforming experience, while observing what God is doing in a specific place. There are two options for this:
1. Bethany Global Teams is the short-term missions provider for Bethany with options for people of all ages and backgrounds. BGT offers 1-3-week short-term mission trips. Teams are involved in a balance of evangelism, construction, and mercy/service/creative ministries during their outreach.
2. Serve alongside of Bethany missionaries short-term: 1 week to 4 months. You may have a specific skill which could be a great help to a missionary team in areas such as computers and technology, medicine, education, TESOL, construction, etc. Contact us to find out where your skills can be used!
